Our house has a lot of charm with its swimming pool, its garden, its spectacular view, its antique furniture, its books, its musical instruments and its cat "Tsara" which is very independent.
It is located in "Endoume", in the beautiful districts of Marseille, between sea and hill 1 km from the sea. The house was completely renovated this winter (2019) and we have built a beautiful swimming pool! The cornice, the beaches of the prophet and the Catalans nearby, it is a haven of peace in the heart of the city. You will discover the secret corners of Marseille, the small ports of Malmousque, Fausse Monnaie and the valley of Auffes ... The house overlooks a valley with a spectacular view of 'Notre Dame de la Garde' and a beautiful sea view. The house is close to the sea and the town center. It is surrounded by typical Marseilles houses in a path which is accessed by car (1 car parking). A stone's throw from rue d'Endoume with its shops and restaurants and only 15 minutes' walk from the sea and the Malmousque district. The house is 140 m² with all the comforts and a 300 m² garden + terraces + swimming pool. On the garden level, a large double bedroom with a large 160 cm bed, a shower room, an office, a guest bedroom (140 cm bed) where you can project films. Upstairs, a large living room with access to a terrace and a 180 ° view over the valley and the hill with 'La bonne Mère', a beautiful kitchen and two very pleasant bedrooms. 2 bedrooms with 140 cm bed. We are in the center of a big city with the impression of being in the countryside. You can enjoy Marseille by doing everything on foot: beach, culture, town center and you have access to buses located 30 meters from the house. Large garden with swimming pool, very pleasant with lots of Mediterranean plants, corners for aperitifs, naps, barbecue ...
We specify that we have a cat which is called "Tsara" and which is adorable, we leave it at home during the rental.
Finally, this house is not too suitable for young children (stairs and swimming pool ...!)
