Summary: Excellent, well-appointed house in a perfect location. Close to many attractions: 5 to 15 minutes to anywhere in town, 30 minutes to numerous local attractions (e.g. Lowell Observatory, Lava tube cave, Snowbowl gondola, Bearizona). An hour and a half from the Grand canyon. Great communication from the host. Nice quiet neighborhood.
