Strategically located and perfectly well connected: 5 minutes walk from Bellevue station (Line N - 13 minutes from Paris Montparnasse and Versailles). Bus and Tram. Close to the forest, in a green and particularly peaceful environment, made up of individual houses.

The accommodation is also close to the village of Bellevue with all the facilities. The apartment has recently undergone a small renovation: a new floor, a new 140cm bed for more comfort, etc. Internet access and household linen are provided (sheets, towels, tea towels, bath mats, etc.). The house is quiet and you won't have to cross paths with us. You can enjoy the small paved terrace in the garden - particularly pleasant in season.
The accommodation is independent from the rest of the house. Equipped kitchen/living room, quiet bedroom and dressing room, bathroom and toilet make up this accommodation. We adapt to the method of communication of your choice (messaging, email, telephone, etc.) and we strive to respond to you very quickly.

The very well-located and well-connected neighborhood has a particularly safe and quiet climate. We are close to the forest and benefit from a green environment made up of individual houses and some good quality residences. The village of Bellevue is 5 minutes away and has all the facilities for last-minute food shopping (market, Franprix supermarket, 3 Boulangeries, etc.), a very nice brasserie open late, and other useful services (Pharmacy, Optician, Hairdresser, etc.).
A good way to end a day and walk (20 minutes) to La Terrasse de l'Observatoire or if you're lucky, you can enjoy the sun and in any case, the incredible view of Paris and the Meudon forest. In the evening, for example, you can walk down to have a drink or a meal at the Central de Bellevue (6 minutes on foot), walk to the Terrace of Paradise once night falls (Place Wilson just a stone's throw away...) and take a look at another magnificent view of Paris and its monuments from the picturesque bridge... The Eiffel Tower sparkles at dusk and then every hour for 5 minutes...
You can take advantage of the immense forest of Meudon and continue your walk to Versailles if you have a lot of courage... There are a few restaurants on the edge of the pond (La mare aux canards, the terrace of the pond, etc.) which will reward you and enjoy this breath of fresh air just a few kilometers from Paris.
For your shopping, less than 10 minutes away, Velizy 2 will certainly meet your expectations, without obviously neglecting the immense experience that Paris and its many districts can offer you.

The Tram (Line T2) is a 15-minute walk away and connects you to La Défense and Porte de Versailles in just 15 minutes. Buses 5 minutes away connect you to Velizy 2 and Boulogne Billancourt (Metro 9 Pont de Sèvres) in just 10 minutes.
