I love mid century style and fell in love at first sight when I came across it!
It's close to everything, but feels nestled away.
Located on a dead end street, with its own mini forest as a back yard.
It's a great place for children and adults alike.
As a busy home with 3 kids, I love to welcome and host friends and family. Our house is always full with love, laughter and good food.
As work and School requires us to split our time between city and south shore, we are happy to welcome others to enjoy our home to share time and memories with friends, family and loved ones when we are not there.
With approximately 3000 sq ft, there is Lots of space, a great back deck, large Kitchen (which is where all the actions happens!) which includes, a table and chairs for eating in the kitchen, a sofa to lounge and hang out on, a great island to hang out around and do prep, lots of counter space and cupboards and even a wet bar section, a double oven double sinks, microwave, induction cook top and dishwasher, Fully equipped with plenty of pots, pans, dishes cutlery and more!

While the beds can accommodate 7, We keep a couple of air mattresses at the house should you wish. There is plenty of room in 2 of the bedrooms upstairs, as well as in the living spaces on the main floor should you wish to add more sleeping and make your group a little larger. And of course, there are the couches. We keep plenty of extra pillows and bedding on hand to accommodate more.

There is another unit located in the basement level of the house and is occupied.
The backyard belongs to the lower unit.
There is a BBQ located off the back deck that is shared with the lower unit.
