Bedroom 1
Large Main bedroom contains a King bed, walk-in closet, en-suite bathroom with double sinks, tub and shower. There is also a sitting area and direct pool & spa access through the sliding door.
Bedroom 2
Queen bed, with closet and sitting area. There is a hallway bathroom with shower, in addition to the half bathroom in the billiard room.
A fold-out couch in the billiard room creates a queen sized sleeper for additional guests.
Kitchen:
Oversized Kitchen is fully stocked with all the essentials, including: Ceramic cooktop, double oven, microwave, and dishwasher.
There is a Nespresso machine, Drip coffee maker, Keurig machine and French press. Sub Zero refrigerator & freezer is equipped with Brita filter.
Living Areas:
The TV's are Roku enabled & Marshall Bluetooth speaker provided.
Pool & Hot Tub :
Pool heating is available for an extra charge of $200 per day. Please note that to ensure optimal service, kindly notify us 24 hours in advance if you wish to avail yourself of this option. The Jacuzzi is heated for the guest for free

>>All adults must appear on the reservation, which means they will need their own Airbnb account. You will see an option to invite guests to the reservation, this is where you will enter the email associated with their Airbnb account. They will then be able to see the trip details.
>>The house is located near a busy street, so if you are sensitive to street noise, this may not be the right fit for you.
>>NO PARTIES OR PHOTOSHOOTS
We fine $100 per person for ANY additional guests not included in your reservation. The house sleeps 4 guests max. If your group is larger, you will need to find other accommodations.
◦ NO animals allowed due to health reason. A $1000 violation fee will be charged for non-compliance.
◦ NO smoking indoors. Ash trays are provided outside.
◦ Pool/Spa is serviced twice a week, and is chemically treated.
◦ This is a quiet residential neighborhood. Please be respectful.

Outdoor surveillance: Exterior cameras are recording at all times for your safety and the protection of the property. Tampering with recording devices will result in the termination of your reservation, without compensation. Areas: parking, front door, trash gate.
◦ Wildlife: this is the rural desert and we share the space with the wildlife. You may encounter desert ants, mice, coyotes, or if you’re lucky a bobcat.

Noise ordinance:
Quiet hours are 10pm-7am. No external speakers allowed. Any noise related discrepancies will result in at least a $1000 fine.
◦ SMOKING POLICY
No smoking inside the house or within 10ft. Smoke residue will result in excessive cleaning fees
◦ Restricted Areas:
Any locked closet or room is restricted. If forcibly entered you could be held liable for any unaccounted for item.
◦ Hot Tub/Pool:
Please rinse off before and after getting out of the hot tub. Please keep the lid on to avoid getting dirt in the hot tub as well as retain heat. Absolutely no glass by any water. We have weekly pool cleanings, this day may fall on your stay and your cooperation will keep the hot tub clean and balanced at all times.
Hot Tub Use: Please avoid using the hot tub immediately after it’s been serviced, as chemical levels are temporarily elevated. Thanks for your understanding!
◦ Photoshoots & Video:
No un permitted photoshoots or videoing at the home. If you would like to use our home for those purposes please send us a message. Any unauthorized filming will result in a $5000 violation and production fee.
