Positive: The staff were excellent, in particular the two bell porters who were exceptionally helpful and welcoming, cleaners and housekeeping staff. the breakfast and the lady taking the orders there location
Negative: inconvenient that the gym requires advance booking and only opens at 6am! while breakfast starts at 7am! so early risers are left waiting. No coffee machine in the room! overall, the value for money could be better - the price feels high for what you get
