Recently renovated, this comfortable little 2-bedroom house is just minutes' walk to Lorne's famous Swing bridge. Enjoying lovely views of Loutitt Bay from the north facing, sunny balcony, the property has everything you need to relax, unwind and watch the world go by.
The cozy open living and kitchen area opens out to large balcony. Cook up a BBQ and dine alfresco while enjoying elevated views over the surrounding area and out to the beautiful bay waters. TV, DVD, and CD player are all provided, and air-conditioning, electric heating and ceiling fans mean you will be comfortable in all kinds of weather. The kitchen is fully equipped including a dishwasher, microwave and espresso coffee machine, and the European laundry offers a washing machine and dryer.
