Summary: I stayed four nights to attend a GoRuck event. The location is great and a quick five minute walk to downtown Grandcamp-Maisy and the grocery store is a five minute walk in the other direction. It’s a simple abode. Think “glamping”. Enough to get by, no frills. Small space but perfect if you don’t plan on being indoors much. The owners are wonderful people. I had trouble getting a taxi when I arrived at Gare Carentan and they found one for me very quickly—I would have been stranded otherwise. Uber’s are sparse and one cancelled on me at the last minute. I recommend procuring local taxis before your visit. I’d stay again.
