Positive: I liked the location, near the canal and park, and size. Just right. I liked that I could have parked there. A lovely area.
Negative: Not well enough equipped or maintained. No table of any sort, only one fork for eating ( I bought my own cutlery and left them). The bed linen was not changed once during my month there; I washed it myself. The sink had no plug or washing up bowl. Not one window would open, all were locked. Shower was too small and was repaired with gaffer tape. A good little flat spoilt by bad maintenance.
