Whether you’re looking to relax at the community swimming pool and hot tub or BBQ on the patio while practicing your putting skills, this home has something for everyone. Located 1 mile from the heart of Old Litchfield Park where you’ll find several restaurants and bars along with the historic Wigwam Resort, home to three Championship golf courses. You’re also just minutes from attractions like The Wildlife World Zoo, Westgate Entertainment District, State Farm Stadium (home of the Arizona Cardinals), 3 Spring Training Stadiums home to 6 MLB teams, TopGolf, and so much more, you’ll never run out of things to do!
This luxury home has 3 bedrooms, 3 full bathrooms plus a loft, two queen memory foam sleeper sofas and can sleep 8 (6 adults MAX 2 children). On the main floor you will find the living room complete with a queen sleeper sofa, smart TV, desk and Wi-Fi. The kitchen has been elegantly remodeled with white quartz countertops, plenty of seating, a gas stove and has everything you need to prepare meals at home. You will also find one bedroom and full bathroom located on the main floor with the laundry room and access to the 2 car garage. Upstairs you can enjoy the spacious loft with queen sleeper sofa along with the owner’s suite and extra bedroom and bathroom.
The outdoor area is gated and includes a large paver patio, BBQ, seating area and putting green! Please be aware these are cluster homes so our outdoor patio wall is our neighbors home. We do enforce quiet hours from 9pm-7am. During this time we ask that you refrain from loud music or having loud conversations. Thank you in advance for following this guideline and helping to keep this neighborhood enjoyable for everyone. We are also conveniently located across the street from the community pool and hot tub.

Please treat our home as if it were your own and respect the house and more importantly our NEIGHBORS. There is a $250 fee for noise complaints. Guests will be evicted after second noise complaint with no refund. No events are to be held at this location.

These are cluster homes and in an effort to preserve this as a family friendly neighborhood we do have quiet hours from 9pm to 7am. During this time we ask that you refrain from loud music or loud conversations. A $250 fee will be incurred for noise complaints and guest will be evicted after second noise complaint with no refund.
PET POLICY
We happily welcome your furry friends! We allow a maximum of one dog. The dog must be well behaved and 100% potty trained. We have several walking paths throughout our community for you to enjoy with your dog. Please note the City of Litchfield Park requires dogs to remain on leash at all times when outside of our gated yard. We are also just minutes away from a dog park if you want to give your dog the opportunity to meet new friends and to run and get some energy out. Please note there will be a $100 nonrefundable pet fee. Additional fees may be incurred for excessive hair or damage. Pets are NOT allowed on the furniture. Please pick up after your pets including their pet waste outside. Pets are not allowed to use the putting green as a bathroom. If your dog is not comfortable going to the bathroom on the rocks please note you will need to walk them off the property to the grassy area next to the property. Pet waste bags are provided.
ESSENTIALS
We provide enough items to get you started on your vacation but please plan to purchase or bring enough to last for the duration of your stay. Baby items such as a pack-n-play, baby gate, high chair, and umbrella stroller are provided upon request.
NON-SMOKING RESIDENCE
Our property is a non-smoking residence. We do not allow smoking of any kind and ask that you refrain from smoking until you are off the premises. If smoking does occur additional fees will be incurred.
LAYOUT
Our property has been thoughtfully designed and we ask that you do not move or rearrange any of the furniture during your stay. Please also keep food to the kitchen area.
STAIRS
Please be mindful of the stairs and watch your little ones around them. We do provide a baby gate but that is not a replacement for parental supervision. You agree to waive any claim whatsoever against owner and hold owner harmless for accidents or claims that may arise.
LUKE ARIFORCE BASE
We are located within 5 miles of Luke Air Force Base. Luke Air Force Base is responsible for training 75% of the World's F-35 Fighter Pilots. As a result you may hear the jets when they are training and if you step outside you can see them flying!
CHECK-OUT / CHECK-IN Check-in is 4:00PM on your day of arrival. Access to the property will be provided via a unique entry code. The code will be sent the day before scheduled arrival and will deactivate promptly at 11:00AM the day of Check-out. Check-out is scheduled on or BEFORE 11:00AM on the day of check-out. If Guests are still in the home at 11:00AM, additional fees will be incurred.
PERSONAL ITEMS We are not responsible for guests personal belongings while staying at our property. It is the Guests sole responsibility to keep their belongings safe at all times.
