4 bedroom, 2 spacious family bathroom, Fully integrated kitchen and a downstairs toilet.
This Modern spacious large townhouse has been recently refurbished to a very high standard, An environmentally sustainable house which offers unique comfort, styles and features with beautiful lighting throughout.
Ground Floor: An entrance gate to a front garden, leading you to a main front door where you will find a great large airy open plan hall way/living room/Kitchen/Diner, also with a three big window that overlooks the sky, a downstairs toilet and a rear door to the big garden.
The living room comes with a comfortable upholstery fabric sofa and a wall-mounted large 55" TV screen, Modern tall designer radiator and USB charging port.
The kitchen is fitted with the latest integrated white goods including washing machine, Dishwasher, Dryer, Fridge-freezer, Fan oven, toaster and a Microwave.
First Floor: Two bedrooms on the first floor also offer an airy space, lights, USB charging port and spacious bathroom with a big tall mirror, storage space and a big landing with a window.
2nd floor: Two bedrooms on the 2nd floor also offer an airy space, lights, USB charging port and spacious bathroom with a big tall mirror, storage space, a big landing and a sitting area with a window.
The entire house will be available for you and for your privacy. Plenty of parking to the front and also extra secured gated visitors parking at the rear of the house for up to 2 cars.
The parking is completely free and may be good for those planning a longer stay.
Note: If you intend to use the rear parking, please discuss well in advance with the host in order to get access. Otherwise, there is plenty of free on-street parking right in front of the house.

Summary: Contact between host was very sufficient and was able to communicate when to pick up the keys with the exact address of the property. Very welcoming once we got there, he explained how everything worked, made sure we were satisfied with what was already there and if we spotted anything that was damaged. The property itself was great lovely downstairs communal area, with 4 lovely bedrooms, and close to the city centre so easy commute to and from. This a great place to stay for a little holiday in Manchester!
