This property is located near 101 freeway and 280 freeways which take you to just about anywhere in the South Bay. Freeway 101 takes you straight to the San Jose International Airport in just about 10 minutes, and Downtown with all its business, entertainment, and eating venues is right off 87.
Located on a hill in South San Jose, privacy and safety you need but rarely have in a large metropolis such as San Jose.
The house has 5 bedrooms, master has a king bed with memory foam mattress and a twin bed, 2 others have queens and pull out twin trundles, the other two rooms have a queen and twins for those large groups. In all, there are 7 beds so no one has to fight for a bed. For more occupants, you can request us to furnish you with inflatable beds if such a need arise.
The house has been remodeled and is tastefully designed with color coordinates and real wood furniture. The master bedroomt has its own bathroom with toilet and shower.
The house is designed with the open space plan, therefore, the living room dining room kitchen and family room are all flowed to each other, making it perfect for a party setting.
The living room has a high quality Italian leather sectional sofa and another super comfy queen futon for that extra guest. 12 people can sit and watch the ultra high definition TV.
For that outside BBQ there is a 20x16 covered patio so you can enjoy that outdoors cook-out rain or shine.
And of course, it does come with all modern comforts such as:

- Super fast Internet Wifi, 250MB speed for those gamers and hackers.
