Positive: Fantastic place for a large family (we have 4 teenagers). Spacious with a washer, dryer, 4 showers, and most importantly, everyone in our family got their own actual bed which is hard to find AND the beds and pillows were super comfy. We travel a lot and I have to say it was the little things made our stay extra special - providing laundry detergent, conditioner, and snacks upon arrival. Having a clean sponge in the kitchen sink. Having a water filter machine on the counter that gives hot and cold water so we never had to buy one bottle of water. Those things are much appreciated.
Negative: Just some info regarding location. Bangkok is a large city so you should see where this property is in relation to the activities that you want to do. We found ourselves taking 30 minute Ubers towards the main river multiple times for specific activities (temples, food tour, muay thai fight). Other activities it didn't matter as we got picked up directly from the house by tour companies to go somewhere completely different (example: Floating Markets). If I would do it over again I would still pick this house because it offers something that is really hard to find for a large family that outweighs the longer drives towards the tourist areas in my opinion but wanted to share in case it is helpful for others in deciding if this property is for you.
Summary: EXCELLENT place for a large family - 6 REAL beds!
