Positive: We had a pleasant stay in this apartment. It’s located in a nice area and situated on the 9th floor with a good view. The living room was spacious and comfortable, perfect for relaxing. There are 3 good-sized bedrooms, all with air conditioning, which was a big plus. The apartment has 2 fully equipped and clean bathrooms, plus an additional separate toilet, which was very convenient. Everything was clean and the furniture was new and modern. Overall— a great place to stay! Mohamed & Mr. Basel were helpful and responsive at all times.
Negative: Overall, we enjoyed our stay, but there are a few things that could be improved. The kitchen could be better equipped with newer plates and more cutlery to make cooking and dining more convenient. There was also a slight smell from the drainage pipes, and unfortunately, the kitchen fan wasn't working during our stay. Additionally, the bedsheets in the master bedroom should be replaced with bigger ones to fit the mattress size. These small details once addressed to Mr. Basel just before our departure, he showed understanding and assured that these would be fixed.
