Positive: Quiet location and apartment. Nice to have a private outdoor space. Dishwasher and hot water, good pressure in the shower. Private parking.
Negative: It seems that the owners have forgotten about their building. Both interior and exterior needs a lot of work. Cleaning could be better, spiderweb here and there, kitchen draws should have been cleaned befor arrival of guests. Double bed, old and squeeky and a little to short for a taller person. Note that tge bathroom can only be reached from the bedroom. Entrance to bedroom is very low, tall person hits their head all the time when walking there. Apatrment is basically in the basement of the house smells a bit humid, maybe moldy. Outdoor area is not at all taken care of, weed everywhere, grass up to your knees, ciggarette butts on the ground, bin outside full of bottles. I undetstand that one gets what one pays for, but the lack of cleaning does bring our point very low. It could be a great place, but as it is now it is only ok.
