Positive: The price was good.
Negative: Unfortunately, it didn't look as though the place had ever been cleaned. There was a lot of really old dirt, spiderwebs, dead bugs, etc throughout the entire exterior as well as the interior. The other biggest issue was the lack of cleaning products, shampoo, soap etc. The products that were there were watered down (apply and water sprays out). When you look throughout the place, you can see where other corners were cut on many things. There were misaligned boards on one of the landings, a cracked window, mirror, tiny sinks, a line burned into the television, Ill-fitting doors and a litany of other problems. Additionally, this is a great place for a bunch of people to sleep, but not good for more than three people to hang out at the same time. There is one really old couch in the main area. One really old couch downstairs. And 4 metal chairs. Neither of the floors are very large, and anyone that stays there needs to be able to climb ladders to get to the sleeping lofts which are not private. If you like to recline and relax, this probably isn't the right place. Just know what you're getting into.
