3 Bedroom Condo in Bear Valley

Newly decorated and centrally located, but just far enough from the hustle and
bustle - This 3 Bedroom 3 Bath is a gem! The clean modern, open concept living
space provides a great area for your entire family to hang out after a busy
day on the slopes or the lake. The kitchen is well equipped with everything
you need and plenty of room for everyone at the breakfast island or at the
oversized dining table. The property offers underground private parking and
even your own EV hook up for charging (NEMA 14-50 outlet/Bring your own
Cord/Cable to connect)) ...and did we mention, not 1 but 2 Primary suites! The
1st primary bedroom is open and spacious with a King size bed and a nicely
renovated En Suite Bath. The 2nd primary bedroom offers bunk beds and a full
bed, perfect to accommodate any family configuration, plus a perfect size
modern bath. Bedroom 3 is downstairs on the main level and has a queen sized
bed and an epic view of the surrounding forest below. Amenities galore and
always family friendly.
Short Term Rental License #2023-049
Our properties always have all beds made, except for the top bunk of bunk
beds, where the linens are provided for guests to make themselves. If the
guest exceeds the number of beds available, there will be an additional charge
$35 per guest and we will need to be notified in advance to ensure proper
accommodations.

Summary: This condo was comfortable, clean, and great for kids. You can tell the owners love this place and it feels higher quality than other places I’ve stayed. The rental company was very responsive when we had needs. Short drive to Bear Valley Resort and had a great time skiing. The closest grocery store is 29 min away, so bring what you need or pick it up in Arnold. Will definitely go back.
