We are a property management company and will have limited interaction with guests. You will
have access to the Manager for emergencies or questions via email and cell phone. Cell number will be given with check-in instructions.

A TRUE GEM and located in the heart of downtown Pismo Beach, this modern 2 story condo is fully furnished and has everything you need for your paradise getaway.As you enter the property on the main floor you will find the living room kitchen & half bath. The living room features a fireplace and there is an outdoor patio off of the dining room. Upstairs are the two ensuite bedrooms with queen size beds with the master boasting a fireplace and outdoor patio. The building is secured with gated parking. There are stairs from the garage to the unit. Roku TV & WiFi included. You will find a variety of restaurants, entertainment, wine tasting & shops all within walking distance. No Elevator/No Smoking/No BBQ/No Pets/No Parties

Walking distance around town, Uber and cab service available. There is a bus station at the 5 Cities Premium Outlets approximately 1/2 mile away.
LATE CHECK OUT~ If you request a late check out and we are able to accommodate you, we certainly will. However, there will be a late check out fee of $150 imposed. We need a 24 hour notice and the fee needs to be paid at that time. Our cleaners are on a tight schedule, rescheduling them can be difficult and costly. If they are on a tight schedule, we will not be able to accommodate your request.

Summary: This was a gated property just down the street from the ocean. We felt safe and secure. The place itself was neat and clean and well decorated with ocean themes. It was well stocked with essentials. The only complaint was the pots and pans and plastic dishes that could not be placed in the dishwasher. All and all, I really enjoyed it and will definitely rent it again.
