We are here for you during your stay but our level of interaction is up to you. We are only a phone call or message away. You will be able to self check-in upon arrival and self check-out upon departure. We are happy to assist via phone or through your booking app before, during or after your stay.
Once a week, one of our team members will stop by the property to put out the trash cans. They will NOT enter the home. They have access to the garage with a code. This day may or may not fall during your stay.
Regis is a neighborhood in north Denver, Colorado with a population of 7,846. Regis offers residents a sparse suburban feel with easy access to downtown Denver and all the city has to offer. The neighborhood boasts plenty of of hip bars, restaurants, coffee shops, and parks. Many young professionals live in the area.

Both of these homes were designed and built to minimize noise between the units. It is HIGHLY unlikely you will be able to hear the adjacent unit but please be respectful and keep noise to a reasonable level, especially after 10:00 pm.

Together, the homes offer 8 bedrooms and 9 beds, accommodating 16+ guests. Each includes a king-bed master suite with a private en-suite bathroom and walk-in closet. Secondary bedrooms connect through Jack-and-Jill bathrooms, while basement-level bedrooms feature queen sleeper sofas with Smart TVs. Blackout shades, extra pillows, blankets, and Pack ’n Plays ensure everyone rests comfortably.

Each home provides over 2,300 square feet of living space, filled with sunlight and high ceilings. Open living and dining areas make gathering easy, while kitchens are equipped with stainless steel appliances, central islands, and large dining tables. Living rooms feature plush seating and 65" Smart TVs, and finished basements extend the space with seating areas, wall-mounted TVs, and board games. Central air conditioning, heating, and portable fans help maintain comfort year-round, while fast WiFi keeps you connected.
Outdoor living
Two fenced-in backyards offer inviting spaces for both relaxation and play. Spend afternoons on patio seating, sway in a hammock, or prepare meals on the seasonal BBQ grill. Lawn games add to the casual atmosphere, and a connecting gate allows you to move easily between the yards while keeping each space private when desired.
Kitchen & dining
Both kitchens are fully outfitted with everything needed to prepare meals: refrigerator, freezer, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, hot water kettle, toaster, blender, wine glasses, and barbecue utensils.
