This fully furnished 5,000 SF (including deck space) custom-built property is situated in the mountains overlooking the Broadmoor and all of Colorado Springs 500 feet below. The property has amazing views in every direction. The newly constructed home was completed in 2014 with vacation living in mind. The home contains 5 large bedrooms: 2 king beds in the master bedrooms (top level and main level), 2 queen beds, 4 twin beds and 5 ½ bathrooms. New furniture throughout the house.
The main level features a luxurious family-centric kitchen perfect for entertaining; a large main floor family entertainment room w/fireplace and TV; an intimate dining room; 2 bedrooms and bathrooms; a powder room; and the laundry room.
The bottom level has a living area with a 70” TV is perfect for movie watching/gaming, 2 arcade consoles (Ms. Pac-Man and Tron); a full bathroom and a bedroom.
The top level has 2 bedrooms (including the aforementioned master); 2 full bathrooms; another entertainment area with TV, fireplace and gorgeous views; and a large wet bar.
Outside, the home has 3 decks, 2 upstairs (one off the upper level entertainment area and one attached to the master bedroom). A huge 16x51-foot main floor deck has total privacy, plenty of seating, a 48” TV and bar with refrigerator and sink. there are 2 gas grills and a Traeger smoker grill. The decks are perfect for hanging out and enjoying the peaceful Colorado sunrises, sunny afternoons and evenings. The homes best attribute has to be the unending views from most everywhere in the home, and with 47 windows there are plenty of views.
If you are planning to attend a function at the Broadmoor, this location is ideal for you with a one mile walk to its back entrance. In your downtime or when the rest of the family wants something fun to do there are loads of Activities at the Broadmoor that includes everything from the familiar (walking trails) to the unusual (falconry):

For real adventurers you can hike up Barr Trail (13 miles) to the top of Pikes Peak. The base of Barr Trail is also located in Manitou Springs next to the old Cog railway station.
