This clean, fully furnished home is located in the quiet and peaceful Cathy’s Pond subdivision. You will have the entire house to yourself. It’s a spacious 3 bedroom, 2 bath with 9 foot ceilings & concrete floors throughout, game room with a sleeper sofa, galley kitchen, dining nook, laundry, living room, and a back porch overlooking a beautiful 7 acre lake. With the 3 bedrooms and the game room the house will sleep 8 people. Bring your fishing gear and relax on the floating dock at sunset. Quick access to MSU using Hail State Boulevard and to the heart of Starkville using South Montgomery. I live in this property when it's not rented so you will find clothes in the master closet and some condiments in the refrigerator, but I leave plenty of space in both for my guest.

Summary: Some family gathered for the graduation of my youngest from State. This place was fantastic! I’m familiar with the area so I knew this location was not too far. Straight shot to campus! 15 min if there is a copious amount of people in town! Thank you Micheal! It was a blessing!
