We have a fully furnished 1 bedroom apartment (750 sq ft floor thru) for nightly, weekly or monthly rental in our Brooklyn brownstone. The apartment is on the top floor of our brownstone, 3 flights of stairs up. The apartment can sleep up to 4 guests (2 adults, 2 children OR 3 adults). It has its own entrance, full kitchen, and full bath, which has been recently renovated. The bedroom has a King sized bed and the living room has a sofa bed with a very comfortable Queen size pull out. You can control your own heat and air-conditioning in both the living room and the bedroom. There are plentiful linens, pillows, and towels and more closet space than you will ever need.
Enjoy close proximity to your family, shops, eateries, and lower Manhattan; steps from Prospect Park, Grand Army Plaza. Subway: 2, 3, Q, B Trains are 2 blocks away; 15 minute subway ride or taxi to lower Manhattan.
In our neighborhood in Brooklyn, Prospect Heights, you get the best of both worlds: we are on a quiet tree-lined block, but we are also half a block away from Vanderbilt Avenue, where some of Brooklyn's hottest restaurants and bars are located: Olmsted, White Tiger, The Vanderbilt, - to name a few. Bakeries and cafes include Milk Bar, Joyce's Bakeshop, and Little Cupcake Shop. We are 2 blocks away from Grand Army Plaza, the entrance to Prospect Park, in Prospect Heights. We are a 10 minute walk to Barclays Center, the Brooklyn Museum, and the Brooklyn Botanic Gardens. All the amazing Brooklyn neighborhoods that you have heard about are easily accessible: Williamsburg, Park Slope, Ft. Greene, Red Hook, Cobble Hill, 5th Ave, Smith Street.
