Summary: The unit was recently remodeled, basically brand new everything, clean, stylish, comfortable, well stocked with everything you could need. That being said, a larger couch or more seating in the living room would be nice, but we were with two toddlers for one night so it didn’t really bother us. The location is right off the freeway, easy to find and get to, minutes from the zoo. Thick doors/windows so you couldn’t hear the freeway while inside, and although you are close the the freeway, you also overlook the mountains. I loved the view of the sun setting and rising over, lots of natural light; would be nice to have some furniture on the patio to be able to sit outside and enjoy the view. The only issues we had were that it is the bottom unit in a building, and you could hear the upstairs tenants; little kids running around, vacuuming, etc, and it kept our littles up with the noise, I don’t think they were particularly loud, just the reality of being on the bottom unit of a multi level unit. The neighborhood looks a little sketchy, but once inside the unit felt very safe. There were a couple minor issues about how to use some of the amenities when we initially arrived but the host and the owners were extremely responsive and helped us figure everything out. For me, all the positives and the price outweighed any minor negatives and I would stay again. Also there is a HUGE jetted bathtub in the master bathroom that could probably fit 4 adults, our kids were beside themselves.
