This memorable, modern tiny home has big features & amenities, and is a perfect get away for couples or single guests who appreciate something extra! It is 400 square feet of cozy luxury, nestled in a Tiny Home community in Flat Rock, NC. Enjoy the tiny home village vibe with easy walking, 2 clubhouses, 2 pools, exercise and yoga rooms and a pond within view of the front porch. This stunner is anything but ordinary! The people in the village are very friendly and there are weekly activities.
The space
Filled with light and high ceilings this tiny home gives a modern and luxurious feel. Enjoy meals prepared in a full size kitchen with all the appliances. The bathroom has a custom glass shower door, plenty of storage for toiletries, and on demand hot water so you never run out. The bedroom has a full King Size adjustable memory foam bed, which is almost unheard of in tiny living. Enjoy a 65” TV with surround sound in the living room and another TV in the bedroom. The high speed WiFi works throughout the house as well as the private outdoor spaces.

You have access to the entire tiny house. You can enjoy your meal indoors or in a private outdoor dining cabana and then relax in Adirondack chairs next to a the private fire-pit. This yard is one of the very best in the community.
