Positive: Location was great for our needs. Nice to have a dedicated parking spot, easy access off main highways. Heaters were supplied and worked well.
Negative: There is no where to sit. You are limited to a high stool or the bed. There is a lovely outdoor area but we visited in winter/spring and had solid rain. No extra TP, lack of hooks for hanging wet raincoats (just add two above the shoe area). Bed was okay.
