Summary: We were sent entry instructions via email, but only after several hours on the phone trying to reach a live Vrbo agent (in the Indian call center). Entry worked as described. Located in a quiet, mainly residential neighborhood. The main studio room is small -- fine for one or perhaps two adults. What you see in the picture is 90% of the main studio room. Bed was surprisingly comfortable, but not easy to get in or out if you are the person sleeping by the wall. No kitchen / cooking facility, apart from fridge and microwave. Very limited storage space to unpack things if staying more than a night. For the business traveler, a small collapsible table can be set up to accommodate the laptop, etc. Nice size bathroom, including shower and washer-dryer combo. Delightful patio outside the bathroom with access to large fenced yard. Off-street parking is easily accessible. No shopping outlets within easy walking distance -- motorized transport is required. Would consider staying again for a short visit in Layton.
