Set on a quiet and private half acre, yet close to many towns and wineries. Upon arrival you will find a newly constructed fence and automatic keypad gate and ample parking. The two car garage is available for your stay. ELECTRIC vehicle plug-in, in the garage. The home is a fully renovated 3000sq. ft. single-story home, with lux materials, including new hardwood oak flooring throughout. The front entrance is furnished with a 10' Gold Restoration Hardware Renaissance mirror and massive birds of paradise, set under the skylight. Relax in the first family room with heightened ceilings, a massive RH drop chandelier and a cozy new marble fireplace. Find your self glowing from the custom Restoration Hardware chandeliers and lighting throughout the entire home. Equipped with two 70" smart TVs and sonos sound bar, for music throughout the day or movie nights. New modern landscaping ties into the backyard where you can soak in the new jacuzzi while viewing acres of lush pasture. Equipped with lounge areas, pristine live grass and outdoor seating. The home is flooded with life; live plants and natural lighting from the sky lights compliment each space throughout the entire home. Down the hall, you’ll find 3 bedrooms each equipped with a queen bed and mirror door closets.
