Monterey CC is an iconic club located directly across the street from Omni Rancho Las Palmas. Casa Serena is 13.5 miles from the Empire Polo fields, 1.5 miles from El Paseo and 2 miles from the Living Desert. We've created a dreamy desert escape and can't wait to share it with you.
We pride ourselves on thinking through every detail so when our guests arrive, they can immediately relax and immerse themselves in the Coachella lifestyle.
This is our 2nd short term rental (we also own a beach compound in San Clemente, Ca called Casa Reposo). We are known for creating comfortable, stylish, unique spaces with incredible amenities. This is our passion, and we love catering to our guests and providing memorable experiences.

Our guests are allowed to access the following at Monterey Country Club (please note, not all vacation rentals in Monterey provide this amenity - we pay for a full golf membership as well as the $25 tenant pass fee so that you can enjoy everything Monterey Country Club, which is a private club, has to offer). Most vacation rentals in our community do not provide this amenity. You can only access Monterey's facilities if your host has this executive, membership package.

The condo is 1,670 square feet and located directly on the golf course with gorgeous views of the mountains, and only three condos away from one of 37 pools and spas. It is private and secure (with 24 hour guard gated security). We have a two-car garage (however, the golf cart is in one of the spaces). You can fit one car in the garage and one in the driveway. Guests are only allowed two cars maximum and NO street parking.
It is a single story, two bedroom plus bonus room/game room, two bathroom condo. See details below for a complete description of each room and bathroom setup:
BEDROOM #1 (sleeps 2)
Large, master bedroom with a king-sized bed, TV, Dresser, Desk, large walk-in closet, doggie bed and ensuite bathroom with two sinks, seated vanity and walk-in shower and a toilet.
BEDROOM #2 (sleeps 2)
Large bedroom with king-sized bed, TV, sitting area, mirrored sliding door closet, doggie bed and attached bathroom with one sink, bathtub with shower and glass enclosure and toilet (Bedroom #3 shares bathroom with Bedroom #2).
BONUS ROOM/GAME ROOM
Large room with arcade, dresser, TV, large sliding door closet and two full-sized beds. Bathroom located directly across the hall (shares bathroom with Bedroom #2).
Our friend and world-renowned artist (her art has been featured in “50 Shades of Gray" movies), Stephanie Leonard, painted a fantastical butterfly wing mural (for Insta pics).
We have fun, artistic touches throughout Casa Serena, making it a unique and inspiring experience.

Casa Serena is located 1 mile from El Paseo and is directly across the street from Omni Rancho Las Palmas. It is in a great location, close to the 10 fwy, HWY 111, El Paseo, the Living Desert, Indio, Palm Springs, La Quinta and the Polo Fields.
Holiday and Prime Season rates are higher. Rates adjust according to demand.
We are pet friendly and allow well trained dogs at NO additional charge. If you have allergies please note that we do allow dogs in the home. The house is super clean, however if you have allergies to animals you might be affected.
