There is a newly designed private suite with powder room w outside access. This is a single home with an upper water view deck of the bay and sunsets, an outside Tiki bar for cottage guests to enjoy.
The space
Covid19 protocal for my cottages:Our cleaning team is using all Lysol & Clorox 99.9% disinfectant products paying particular attention to knobs, fan pulls, switches, remotes and a commercial Ozone air purifier, sterilizer system will be turned on between rentals.
Our space is unique in that I am an interior designer & my husband does exterior design. We have been on DIY network and three of our homes have been in either Coastal Living or Parade magazine.

GUESTS ARE TO BRING SHEETS(FIVE QUEENS) BATH TOWELS, BEACH TOWELS, PAPER PRODUCTS.Also you may reach out to me and I can recommend a linen service that will deliver. Trips are limited to minimum 3 day booking but if there is a two day opening between tenants reach out to me and I will give a special discount.
