This is a One bedroom suite with a private entrance and bath as well as off-street parking.
Located in Mid-Town Tulsa, Less than a 1000 feet from Gate 4 of Tulsa's Expo Square (Tulsa State Fairgrounds) It is perfect for exhibitors or guests who are visiting trade shows, horse shows, gun shows and all other events at Expo Square.
Also less than 3/4 of a mile from Tulsa University, the house has Easy access for visiting your TU student or coming in for TU sporting events!
A 3 mile drive to Tulsa’s newest landmark park- The Gathering Place, Close to the amazing Philbrook Museum, Easy Downtown access to the BOK center and the all of the great restaurants and great nightlife and it is even a quick drive to West Tulsa and the Gilcrease Museum!
There are several restaurants within walking distance, and the food delivery options are practically endless.
Tastefully decorated with brand new (Jan 2019) bed, 12" Green Tea Mattress, Lightning Fast Internet, Cable Television (as well as the ability to stream all of your personal streaming services).
Your accommodations are Completely separate and private from the rest of the house unless you rent the entire home.
Off street parking is provided.

Summary: This was a marvelous place to stay just a couple of blocks away from the expo center where the Darryl Starbird Car show is here in Tulsa! It was just what we needed and it was a great experience with eh owner!was an awesome experience
