It has all the intimacy of a smaller home, all the comforts of your own home, and yet is large enough for 18 people comfortably. It is only 3 miles to Mount Snow. A fireplace from your dreams that would cost more to build today then a new house! A pool table, a luxurious hot tub room with lounge chairs to feel like you re on the beach after a hard day of skiing or boarding. An intimate sauna for two! A large open deck, spacious home with two living rooms. Large entranceway with couch for skis and boards and jackets. Pool table room is a second living room with sectional couch and flat screen TV. Occupancy & Fire Safety
The house can comfortably sleep up to 15 people.
However, Vermont fire safety law now limits short-term rental occupancy to 8 guests unless a sprinkler system is installed. (While this requirement may feel arbitrary—it was introduced only recently—I want guests to know that for over 20 years I’ve hosted friends and family of up to 15 people here without incident. The home is equipped with fire alarms in every room and three fire extinguishers for safety. Nevertheless, we are required to comply with current state regulations.)
For this reason, we can only approve up to 8 short-term guests.
Longer-term stays (such as monthly rentals) may legally accommodate up to 12 guests.
