🍴KITCHEN AND DINING: The updated kitchen is fully equipped for all your cooking needs. Open floor plan to dining and family rooms. Easy to cook and entertain with tons of cabinet space, stainless steel appliances and upgraded cookware. All the comforts of home including Keurig and traditional coffee pot. There is even a selection of seasonings to get you going.


The counter top bar provides seating for two plus the dining room table provides seating for six, making it a great place to entertain.


🚗GARAGE: One Car Attached garage plus covered carport offers direct access from garage to home. There is one set of stairs from garage to unit. A max of 2 vehicles are permitted unless worked out ahead of your stay.

🔐SECURE ENTRY: This home utilizes a high-security entry lock that negates the need for keys or contact with owners. The lock enables guests to check-in directly to unit with a unique code that is custom and will not allow any others admittance during their stay.


ACCESS TO UNIT: Our unit is all on one level once inside. There are 16 stairs from the garage directly into the unit. If you take the stairs from parking lot, there are 21 stairs.


🛬30-minute commute to the Denver International Airport and easy access to the mountains! Rocky Vista Medical University is across the street and Centennial Airport is a 7 minute drive.

This is a NO SMOKING 🚭(of any kind) property which includes the condo, deck and garage. If evidence of smoke is detected, guest will forfeit their security deposit.
