Positive: The space was a good size for 3 people. It was quiet. There was parking right in front of the house. The host was flexible and made an effort to assist us. The place had a washing machine, but it was temperamental and difficult to start.
Negative: The property is well out of the center of Ushuaia. It was not a big deal for us because we had a car. For someone without a vehicle it might be a problem.
