Positive: The location is excellent ... within walking distance of the museum, the castle, the very lively central city, as well as the train and bus stations. The apartment is bright, spacious, and very quiet. The owner was easy to communicate with.
Negative: If you have booked Apartment 1, be aware that it is not facing Park Place. It is around the corner, facing St. Andrews Place. And it is not through the glass doors that say "Apartments 1-16". As you face those doors, look left to see a door with Apartment 1 on it. I learned all of this from a construction worker on the site the day I arrived. Other small things: There was no dining table, microwave, or dishwasher that were listed in the amenities, and the bar stools for eating at the bar were very uncomfortable. The street light shines into the bedroom window at night. Hopefully these issues will be resolved by the time you book.
Summary: Once you find the apartment, the space and location are great.
