Facing south-west, the flat offers a beautiful living room with a sofa, coffee table and television, opening onto a fully equipped kitchen. You will find everything you need for a practical and comfortable stay: oven, hob, large fridge-freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, Nespresso coffee machine, kettle, toaster, as well as all the equipment you need to cook just like at home.
The bedroom has a comfortable double bed and storage space. The charming bathroom has a shower and toilet.

The apartment does not have private parking, but you can park in the surrounding streets (according to the current rates) or in the paid covered car park at the Vieux-Marché, located just opposite.
The accommodation is managed by the ArchiDuchesse concierge service, available 7 days a week from 10:00 to 12:30 and from 14:00 to 21:00. We kindly ask you to take care of the accommodation and to respect the premises and the neighbourhood. To this end, you will be asked to provide your bank details via a secure link in order to finalise your booking and obtain the access codes.

## Notes
Please note that the building does not have a lift and the flat is located on the 3rd and top floor on the Place du Vieux Marché. Therefore, people with reduced mobility may encounter difficulties accessing the property.
Check-in is in person and is handled by Maître des Clefs. Check-in is from 4:00 p.m. and check-out must be completed by 11:00 a.m. at the latest.
The accommodation is managed by the ArchiDuchesse concierge service, available 7 days a week (from 10:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m.). All our guests receive household linen, essential items for the first day (shampoo, shower gel, hand gel, toilet paper, etc.) and one large towel per person, along with tea towels and a bath mat per bathroom. A welcome kit with kitchen bin bags, bathroom bin bags, a sponge and washing-up liquid is provided free of charge on arrival for the duration of your stay.
We are committed to providing a pleasant experience, however, please note that we are not a hotel service. Mid-stay cleaning, linen/towel refreshment, replenishment of essential items, or delivery can be arranged on request at an additional cost. Please note that parties are strictly prohibited (€250 will be deducted from the deposit), the accommodation is entirely non-smoking (€50 will be deducted from the deposit), pets are not allowed (€50 will be deducted from the deposit) unless requested and agreed in advance by us, and any loss, theft or damage will be charged at the actual replacement value.
