Summary: We were looking for a house large enough so several traveling family members could stay here instead of getting a hotel, and this house accommodated us nicely, there are three large living rooms with couches and 5 bedrooms. We did not contact the property manager during the stay, so not sure how their responsiveness would be. The house was weirdly dirty, there was a rodent trap in the silverware drawer, The kitchen was not well stocked, the bathroom door wasn't connected to hinges. there were tools laying around, the garage was a crazy mess that made accessing the washer and dryer kind of dangerous, there was an unsecured wine closet under the stairs. The mattresses were new, and very comfortable. The neighbors complained that the house was being STR by a thrid party, not the owner, and they were not happy about how it was being managed, there was piles of trash on the side of the house, and an old car in the driveway. I think it was overpriced for what it was, but houses this large in this area are hard to find so it fit our need.
