This new construction home comfortably sleeps 10 with bayfront views in 4 of the 5 bedrooms. There are 3 full and one 1/2 baths. Enjoy breakfast at the island in the beautiful kitchen with stainless steel appliance, gas oven and gorgeous quartz countertops and watch all the sights the bay has to offer. After spending your day kayaking on the bay or enjoying an afternoon on the sand, come home to a lovely living space that includes a flat screen TV and gas fireplace as well as a bonus room that features a 60-inch TV and ping pong table. Not a fan of the sand? No problem! You can enjoy your day floating in the gorgeous salt water pool on the lower deck that boasts views of the bay. The master bedroom features a king size bed, on suite full bath and enormous walk in closet. The second bedroom features a full size bed with views of the bay. The third bedroom features a full size bed with a full size trundle and a view of the bay. The fourth bedroom features a bunk bed with a twin size bed on top, full size bed on the bottom and an additional full size trundle. All beds have new memory foam mattresses. An additional full bathroom and laundry room complete the second floor. When you head back down to the main floor a fifth bedroom features another king size bed with on suite full bath. On the ground floor in the bonus room you will find a full size pull-out couch.
There is a 2 car garage and ample parking as well as a yard with a fire pit and plenty of space for kids to play. There is a fenced in side yard.
