1 •No smoking, vaping, or drug use on property — inside or outside. ($1,000 fine if discovered)
•No parties. They are NOT allowed at this property. This includes loud music. Quiet hours are 9 pm-8am. If it is determined guests are having a large gathering or party OR surrounding neighbors report a complaint and/or call the police for disturbance. Guests will be asked to leave immediately without refund. Violations may result in removal without refund. ($1,000 fine if discovered)
•No pets allowed are allowed at this property. ($300 fine per night + double cleaning fee)
• No unregistered overnight guests or visitors. Children are considered guests and must be included on your reservation. We do not allow visitors unless discussed and agreed upon prior to booking. (Violation of this rule will result in a $200 fine per person per night)
• No package/mail delivery to the home. You may deliver items ( Amazon) to the door, or to a local FedEx/UPS. We can not help you retrieve delivered or lost mail.
2. The following activities are prohibited without the written consent of the Host and will incur location fees: filming, professional photography, coordinated events or parties, miscellaneous commercial activities, music recording, or endeavors which typically incur a location expense beyond lodging. Please contact the Host for location fees.
3. Guests are responsible for damaged or missing items. Property and all furnishings are to remain in good order. Household Inventory and appliances shall be used conventionally and respectfully. Guests shall maintain a respectful level of cleanliness and tidiness in the home.

• Stained towels/sheets or missing inventory: 2x replacement cost
Unapproved late checkout will incur a fee of $100/hr. Checkout is 10 AM.
4. No daily housekeeping is provided.
Long-term stays (30+ days) may request deep cleaning for $300.
5.There are 3 exterior security cameras: 1 at the main entrance, 1 at the front door and 1 at the back entrance — none face inside. Tampering will result in termination of your stay without a refund.
6. The host is not responsible for parking tickets or any violations. Please use the 1 FREE spot in driveway. Guests are responsible for all parking tickets or law violations.
