Summary: Home and neighborhood were very nice, unfortunately upon arrival I had received a message from the host stating the pool had “Catastrophic failure.” The pool was extremely green with algae. Hosted stated that it had been like that for a couple days, The pool guy showed up as we were leaving the property and stated that it had been like this for two weeks. He stated that the owner did not want to repair it, pool was going to be drained. I had reached out to the host to let him know that we were going to not be staying at the property due to the pool not being in working order as we had four children that we’re looking forward to having a pool. I had reach out to the host for a refund and have not heard anything back from him.
