This updated and remodeled home with a brand-new pool and beautifully landscaped backyard is perfect for your vacation! Being just 3 miles from Scottsdale's main attractions, this home is in the perfect location for visitors: 10 minutes from the airport and 5 minutes away from Old Town Scottsdale. The home sleeps up to 12 guests comfortably. Please note that the pool can be heated for a fee (further details below).

The Southwest Oasis vacation rental home is an entertainer’s dream, with an extremely spacious living area and large backyard, featuring lots of games and activities inside and out! The home is perfect for large groups or families. The home features lots of bright and beautiful colors inspired by the colorful landscape and skies of the Southwest.
The very large master bedroom has a king-size bed along with a TV/cable and attached full bathroom. The second bedroom can accommodate two additional guests in another queen-size bed. The third bedroom features 2 queen beds to accommodate four additional guests. The fourth bedroom has two full size beds to accommodate four additional guests. All bedrooms have Smart TVs. There are plenty of mirrors throughout the house (that are conveniently placed next to outlets) so that there is plenty of space for large groups to all get ready at the same time if needed.
The gorgeous backyard is perfect for a fun and relaxing time. The yard features a brand new pool, an outdoor dining table, lounge chairs, corn-hole, ping-pong, outdoor grill, and giant Jenga! The pool can be heated for a fee of $75 per night.
There are plenty of pool towels and bath towels for up to 12 guests, and basic toiletries are provided, along with hairdryers. The kitchen is fully stocked to be able to prepare meals and serve up to 12 guests. The house is equipped with a keyless entry system, for which you will receive your own personal code for check-in.

*Disclosure Regarding Pool Heat*
Before requesting pool heat, please be advised of the following:
We cannot make the pool into a hot tub! The maximum temperature we heat the pools to is 85 degrees. Please also be advised that in the winter months when the overnight temperature drops below 50 degrees, the pool heaters will simply shut off to avoid mechanical damage to the heat pump system due to the ice that will form otherwise on the internal coils. The heaters will turn back on automatically when the temperature outside goes back up/when the ice that was forming to cause the shut off melts, but this means that we cannot promise the pool will stay heated to our normal of 85 degrees. Even with the cooler temperatures, the pool heaters do tend to keep the pools within 5 degrees of the desired temperature. This turning on and off the heater is very expensive for the homeowners, hence the pool heating charge. Therefore, please note we will NOT be able to refund the pool heating charge if you feel the pool did not stay warm enough during your stay. The pools have been heating up to 75-85 degrees, which is 35-45 degrees higher than the outdoor temperature.

Summary: Very well located property, nice calm neighborhood, and newly renovated, very nice interior, with nice open layout. there was a mistake in the description of the beds available in one of the room, so we had to make little adjustments, but good communication with host. Sliding door/window that goes to the patio didn't locked so a wooden stick was in place. Very nice stay apart from those details.
