Remodeled in 2024, this private 2 bedroom, air conditioned single family home directly on Lake Huron where you can swim on the sandy beach right in front of the house, relax by the fire pit on the beautiful brick paved patio, and listen to waves crash as you sleep peacefully on new mattresses. Why share the beach and common areas in a resort when you can have your own space!
The brand new kitchen boasts a large refrigerator, granite countertops, full size oven, stove, microwave and dishwasher! Plus its fully stocked with everything you need to cook indoors or on the gas BBQ.
Enjoy meals outside on the patio or indoors in the sunroom (be sure to catch the sunrise over your morning coffee!). Plenty of dishes, glassware and everything you need to serve and enjoy any meal.
New flooring throughout, a 55" flat screen tv (no cable available so don't forget your streaming logins and passwords) and a comfortable sofa make for a great stay.
Bedroom 1 includes a queen bed that sleeps 2, where you'll wake up to a beautiful view of the lake. Bedroom 2 has a bunkbed with a twin on top and full size on the bottom allowing for 3 additional guests. All bedding is provided including extra blankets just in case of a cool night.
We are located just 10 minutes north of East Tawas and 5 minutes south of Oscoda making this the perfect spot to enjoy both of these great cities! Plenty of restaurants and shopping within a few minute drive.
