The Master bedroom includes a walk-in closet, a private bathroom with a walk-in shower, and a king-sized bed with room darkening curtains. The second bedroom includes a queen-sized bed, closet, and room darkening curtains. *All beds have mattress protectors* Kitchen is fully equipped with all your cooking essentials with new appliances including a Keurig, in-unit washer/dryer, 55" Smart TV, and Google NEST. An open private patio with seating and lights for beautiful evenings outdoors provides an outdoor space to enjoy.
The property includes access to TWO community pools and a GYM! the Community is quiet and maintained very well throughout the year. It also has direct access to many golf courses, 1.5 miles away from grocery stores, gas stations, coffee shops, old town, and more!
Utilities are included in the rent costs. There is a $150 cleaning fee at the end of the lease. Pets are allowed on a case-by-case basis, there will be a non-refundable pet fee. The fee amount will be based on the type of dog. No smoking is allowed on the property.
