Welcome to our stunning, newly renovated, 5 bedroom, 4 and half baths home with a beautiful 180 degree view you’ll never forget! To the left overlook the whole Coco Bay, while to the other side you can take in magnificent Bahia Culebra Bay with volcanos at the back.
This gem, located in Altos del Cacique between Coco and Hermosa beach in Guanacaste offers approximately 6,458 square feet with 2 infinity pools and a garage.
This three-story house features high ceilings that let in plenty of natural light, several living spaces, a gourmet fully equipped kitchen, 2 pools and jaw-dropping ocean views from several rooms in the house.
You access the house from the second floor, one level down you can enjoy two bedroom both with bathrooms, tv room and access to the secondary infinity pool.
One level up from the second floor , three bedrooms and two bathroom awaits for you.
The second level features, main living room, kitchen, dining, half bathroom and the main infinity pool.
The kitchen has beautiful large granite countertops with stainless steel appliances. It is well stocked with just about everything you need to cook a gourmet meal. Cooking will be is a delight.
The dining room features a custom large Guanacaste wood table lending a modern yet classic Costa Rican vibe.
The property also has a divine outdoor living and dining area complete with an infinity pool ( second floor) . Imagine waking up in the morning and having coffee on the terrace looking at the ocean, enjoying a refreshing lunch after a morning on the beach, or an evening barbecue under the starry sky. Summary: Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Beautiful home, clean and very comfortable. The weather was perfect and most of our time was spent outside on the marble decks by the two pools overlooking Coco Bay. Sunsets were spectacular. William and Jennifer provided us with excellent information, connected us to tours and assisted us with personal queries. This was a fantastic family vacation.
