Travel Purpose: leisure

Positive: The room is full of sunshine and air ventilation. Ocean waves are audible and visible too. Inverter is there in case of power failure, powerful ac, infrared plate with one utensil to make tea or heat water , fridge , Aquaguard ,geyser facilities are there. Cleanliness, view is good from balcony. The owner is cooperative to allow us to stay a little more time considering aged person suffering from loose motions.

Negative: The location is near fishing boat parking. The big transformer blocks the view, cooking charges was not written before payment, they charge 250 per day for cooking food though they won't provide you gas cooking. 1/3rd of total price will be charged at the time of booking, the rest 2/3 rd will be charged as soon as you check in, there is no moment spared, the Aquaguard water is not of good taste, the bathroom basin is cracked. To go to balcony one must have good balance.
