Summary: Hotel is in a great location - staff was friendly and welcoming upon arrival and when we had questions. Room was clean, and quiet at night, and AC was nice to cool down the room after the sun warmed it up during the day. Bed was comfortable. It took 3 days to get more towels (we asked by email, and in person twice)- we had a small child with us and didn't have enough for all guests. The elevator was broken the entire time we were there and we had to carry a toddler and stroller up and down 4 flights of stairs for 5 days - not ideal, a bit treacherous, in fact. If you need an elevator, a more modern accommodation may be worth exploring.
