There is a yard and a deck both southwest facing for optimal afternoon sun. There are 2 bedrooms including primary on-suite and an office space; each with their own bath plus a half bath on the main floor. Primary bedroom is spacious with nice views of the foothills. Fully furnished, linens (all cotton sheets) , kitchen etc. looking for a full summer guest from June thru Sept. 30. No pets please. Space best for 1 to 2 adults. Not suitable for children.
