Welcome to Chalet Loki, an exquisitely furnished large 1 bedroom unit with wrap around patio on 1 acre of woodland 7 minutes away from Mont Tremblant Station, 10 minutes away from Mont Tremblant Village and 5 minutes away from Mont Tremblant (St-Jovite).

If you have an INFANT that would bring your total guests over 4 people, kindly inquire with us for arrangements. We will accept your request. There are some infant supplies onsite but we can make further arrangements for your young one. This is subject to additional fees.

THINGS TO KEEP IN MIND:
- This is a mobile first travel booking. Everything is done via app, email and messaging. Your entire stay, once booked, is controlled via our BOARDING PASS. All relevant information, upgrades, requests, check-in info, etc... is found on the BOARDING PASS.
- Contactless check-in and check-out. Note that someone can be made available if required.
- Regardless of applicable cancellation policy, all reservations except Airbnb are charged 34% of the total price 1 day after confirmation, 33% 30 days prior to trip, 33% on day before the trip. Airbnb reservations are charged as per Airbnb terms and conditions.
- All cancellations except Airbnb, for any reason, are subject to credit card fees of 3.5%-5% of the refund amount.
- Non-Airbnb bookings are subject to an ID verification, rental agreement and Credit Card Hold of $500.00.
- Credit Card Hold is taken 2 business days prior to check-in and is released 4-5 business days after check-out.
- Airbnb bookings are subject to an ID Verification and rental agreement. A credit card hold may be requested at the discretion of the owners.
- ID Verifications are to make sure the person booking and paying is the person that shows up at the rental.

- This is not a hotel, it is a vacation rental. We do not have hotel amenities. Keep that in mind before booking. That is reflected in the pricing.
- There are no front desks or staff onsite. We are always available to be communicated with and have emergency staff that can be dispatched for repairs or any issues but they are not onsite. You must contact us if need be.
- We try to provide the best possible instructions for everything, if there is anything that is unclear or you are having trouble with anything, you must contact us as there is no one onsite to help you.
- Always be respectful and polite in any communication.
- Mishaps happen, kindly let us know if something went wrong. It is the best and most cost effective way to deal with any issue that may have been caused. We will work with you to minimize costs.
- If you are not happy with anything or require information during your stay, kindly inform us right away. We are here to make your stay enjoyable.

Guest Access:
Guest has use of the entire property, Chalet Loki, and exclusive use wrap around patio during their stay.
Parking, side yard and fire pit is shared with one additional unit.
Check in starts at 4pm and you can check in anytime after that. You can request early check-in, subject to availability and fees, via your BOARDING PASS.
Building is located at the top of a private driveway with a large parking and is easy to load in and load out. Be careful with driveway during the winter.
The building is newly renovated and has all modern amenities.
This is an automated entrance with electronic locks. There are no front desks. You will receive all the access codes on the afternoon of your arrival date for security reasons. This is a contactless check-in. All this information will be in your BOARDING PASS.
The laundry room is located in the unit next to bathroom. There are some supplies in the unit for you to use.
Firewood and supplies are subject to costs. You can coordinate via your BOARDING PASS should you require more.
You will find a fire pit with seating and BBQ outside.
PARKING
There are two parking spots included during your stay.
Mont-Tremblant is a Nordic city and as such experiences extreme winter events including blizzards, ice storms and snow storms. Streets and sidewalks can be slippery and covered by snow. The removal of snow is quite efficient but it is quite inconvenient until it is done. Same for the building, best efforts are done to keep passage ways and stairs clear of snow, ice and debris but during major climate events, there may be delays. Please keep that in mind.
Inclement weather can also occur during spring, summer and fall. Also note that Mont-Tremblant is in the countryside and as such does not have all the typical amenities you may find in a city. Finally, as it is located in a rural area, you will find wild animals and insects.

Located on a small street off of Monte Ryan, this gorgeous cabin, Bois Joli, is located 7-8 minutes away from Mont Tremblant Station (the ski hill and village), Mont Tremblant Village and Mont Tremblant (St Jovite).
