Positive: Was only a short walk from Borth beach, could actually see the sea from kitchen window and over the mountains when clear, the site itself is only small with nice little areas around for sitting outside eating and relaxing I'm sure would be used alot in the summer, children's play area too, caravans on the older side but kept nice, we were in a three bedroomed one which was very comfortable, fridge freezer, microwave, full size cooker. Would definitely return

Negative: The weather! Although we did manage to visit various places in between showers but it is October after all, it was a nice short break
