This 2 bedroom 2 bathroom condo is located at the desired Cedar Sands Oceanfront Complex on 42nd St. This complex is extremely well maintained and has a great family friendly feel. The pool is located right outside of your door and has a lifeguard, lounge chairs and table sets. Everything you need to relax and soak up some sun . Walk right outside the complex to the beach path and head to the ocean for the best beach around. Inside of our unit you will find freshly painted walls, updated kitchen and baths, and clean hardwood/tile floors throughout, no carpet! WE ARE EXCITED TO SAY THAT WE HAVE REPLACED THE SPIRAL STAIRCASE WITH A TRADITIONAL STAIRCASE for a much easier 2nd floor access. 2020 Pool passes, 4 seasonal beach tags, and off street parking is provided during your stay.
