With the exception of the rooftop terrace/hangout space, this sizeable property comfortably spreads over a single floor. The house itself is U-shaped, with a 45 sqm swimming pool in the middle. You can access the pool from most rooms; the soothing waterfall sound coming from it is sure to instantly melt your stress away.
The rooftop terrace is a labor of love and attention to detail. It features a covered lounge, kitchen, and entertainment space with a pool table, seated areas, and a BBQ here every day can be a family holiday! The second kitchen comes equipped with a fridge, stove with an extractor, and a dining table. Next to the covered lounge, there is a green area with a couple of sun beds, a table with an umbrella, and an outdoor seated space ideal for enjoying morning coffee or sunset cocktails.
The villas indoor areas are equally welcoming and charming. There is an open-plan living, kitchen and dining that has a luxury rustic feel to it. The kitchen is modern and fully equipped for self-catering, including a large fridge, oven, stove, microwave, kettle, and a coffee maker. In addition to the Cable TV with international channels, the living room features a Sound System you can use Bluetooth and listen to your favourite tunes as you lounge around.
All bedrooms are beautifully furnished and highly comfortable. Each comes with a king size bed, wardrobe, Cable TV, and an en suite bathroom. Each bathroom has a rain and a standard shower; the master bedroom also features a bathtub. There is a guest bathroom with shower in the common area next to the kitchen as well.
